We plant certified vetiver slips in carefully prepared, chemical-free soil. Using rainwater harvesting and natural composting, we nurture the plants to full maturity — a process that takes 12–18 months for premium quality.

Our trained farmers hand-harvest vetiver roots at peak maturity, typically during the cool months for maximum aromatic potency. Roots are carefully uprooted to preserve their natural structure and essential oil content.

Harvested roots are cleaned with pure water and shade-dried naturally — no artificial heat or chemical treatments. This traditional method preserves the full aromatic profile and therapeutic compounds unique to vetiver.

Every batch undergoes rigorous quality testing — moisture content analysis, aromatic compound verification, microbial testing, and essential oil yield measurement — ensuring only the finest products proceed to packaging.

Products are packed in eco-friendly, moisture-resistant export-grade packaging. Each consignment includes complete documentation — phytosanitary certificates, COA, MSDS, and organic certification copies.
