Minimum order quantities vary by product. For dried vetiver roots, the MOQ is 50 kg. For essential oil, a minimum of 5 litres is required. Herbal powder starts at 25 kg, and woven mats start at 100 pieces per order. For agriculture slips, we work with large-scale requirements from 1,000 slips upward. We are flexible for trial orders from new buyers — please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Yes, we actively export to over 30 countries, including the UAE, USA, UK, France, Germany, Japan, Australia, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and across Southeast Asia. Our experienced logistics team handles all export documentation including phytosanitary certificates, COA, MSDS, bill of lading, and customs clearance support. We ship via air freight (for essential oils) and sea freight (for bulk roots and powder).

Our vetiver is grown using sustainable, chemical-free farming practices. We are in the process of obtaining full organic certification (NPOP / NOP). Our essential oil is produced through steam distillation with no additives, solvents, or adulterants. Every batch undergoes third-party laboratory analysis for purity and quality. We provide full Certificates of Analysis (COA) and MSDS documents with every order.

We accept T/T (bank transfer), LC at sight, and PayPal for international buyers. For domestic buyers, we accept NEFT/RTGS, UPI, and cheque. Payment terms are typically 50% advance and 50% before shipment for new buyers, with flexible terms extended to established partners. Delivery times: 7–10 working days for domestic orders and 15–30 days for international shipments depending on the destination and shipping mode.
